A small Varna business, not a call centre

Kanal Varna is run by Alex, a Varna local. There's no call centre and no chain of subcontractors you never meet: drain and leak work is done with our own equipment, and plumbing repairs with the tradesmen we work with, who bring 30+ years in the trade. What we don't own — tankers, excavators, root cutters, no-dig relining — comes from partners when a job needs it, and we tell you in advance.

Own a property in Bulgaria but live abroad?

Many flats in Varna, Golden Sands, St. Constantine and Helena, Byala and Obzor belong to owners who live abroad — in the UK, Germany, Scandinavia, Poland and elsewhere. When something goes wrong, you need someone local who answers in writing, explains clearly and sends photos. This is how it works with us:

1. Write to us. Email info@kanalvarna.com or use the form: the address, what's happening and who can let us in. Photos help.
2. We arrange access locally. With your building manager (the person or firm that runs the block), a neighbour, your letting agent or cleaner — directly, so you don't have to coordinate across time zones.
3. You see what we see. Findings, photos and, for leaks and damp, thermal images by email. If repairs are needed, you get the price first and decide.
4. Pay and get an invoice. Bank transfer after the job, or cash or card from whoever is on site. Invoice to you or your company.

How we work

1. You call or write. Tell us what's happening and where. We ask a few questions so we bring the right equipment.
2. We tell you when we can come and the likely price. We tell you about any late-evening or public-holiday surcharge before we set off.
3. On site we find the cause first — with the drain camera for blockages, the thermal camera for leaks and damp — and confirm the price before starting.
4. We do the work and show you the result. For leaks and damp you can have a written report with thermal images and readings, for your insurer, neighbour or building manager.
5. You pay after the job — cash, card or bank transfer — and get an invoice on request.

When you write, include the address of the property (with the block, entrance and floor for flats), what's happening, and a phone number with the country code.

Bulgarian addresses can be confusing: a block number and an entrance letter matter more than a street name in many districts. If you're not sure, send us a map pin or the address exactly as it appears on your property documents.
